To purchase these digital formats, go to the “Purchase Information” area of the book webpage, and select “eBook” from the “ICG Press” option. From there, you can select the digital version you want, and complete your purchase using either PayPal or a debit/credit card. Once you complete the purchase, you can download the digital file immediately. These ebooks can also be purchased as gifts using the “Give as a Gift” option on the checkout screen.
