The agenda for the 2017 annual ICG members meeting at Costume-Con 35, as
well as the draft minutes from the 2016 meeting, are posted at

Please bring copies of these two documents with you to the meeting.
The members meeting takes place from 10.45 – 11.45am on Friday April
21st 2017 in North Studio 3 (tentative – please check onsite).
This is a good opportunity to hear about all the ICG activities from
your officers and committee chairs. The only items on the agenda for
members to vote on are ratification of the 2016 meeting minutes, and the
election of 2017-2018 officers. You will find candidate statements for
those who have indicated that they are running for office in the members
meeting agenda.
If you cannot attend the ICG members meeting, please complete a proxy
form and send it with someone who will be attending. You can download
the proxy form at

Your vote counts, so I encourage you to complete a proxy and find
another member to carry it and vote on your behalf. If you do not know
of anyone who is attending, consider posting a note to this list. A
digital scan of the proxy form will be accepted as long as includes your
signature, and your email and phone number for verification purposes.
To vote, you must appear on the ICG member roles as of April 11, 2017.
Please be sure that your primary chapter has forwarded your ICG
membership to the ICG Treasurer in plenty of time to update the member
roles before then.
