Anime North Recognized As An International Competition

The ICG Board of Directors voted to recognize Anime North as an International Competition on December 21, 2009.   The ICG Document, IGC Guidlines: Ensuring Fair Competition fourth paragraph under CONTEXT was modified to read as follows:
