The Marty Gear Costume Arts and Sciences Fund has approved an application by Betsy R. Marks and Karen Schnaubelt on behalf of Costume-Con for one-time funding to purchase professional-grade software for the on-line version of the Costume-Con Visual Archive.
Did you know that only part of the money to make grants comes from membership dues? The Fund also depends on generous donations from individuals and chapters who understand how important it is to promote the art and science of costuming through grants to innovative projects and activities.
By supporting the Fund through your tax-deductible donation, you can ensure that fellow ICG members who receive grants can explore new ideas, discover new techniques, and engage in activities that benefit the entire costuming community.
If you want to congratulate or honor a fellow costumer for a notable achievement, or remember a friend or loved one who appreciated the art and science of costuming, consider making a donation to the Fund in his or her name. Your donation, no matter how large or small, will make a difference.
Share your love of costuming by making a tax-deductible donation to the Marty Gear Costuming Arts and Sciences Fund today!
