ICG Officers Elected at 2025 Annual Meeting
At the 2025 ICG Annual Meeting, a slate of officers was elected to serve for the 2025-2026 term. The meeting was held virtually on April 12, 2025 via ICG’s Zoom corporate account. All current officers except Corresponding Secretary Merrily Wolf stood for re-election. Recording Secretary Anne Davenport agreed to also stand as Corresponding Secretary.

Revision of ICG Governing Documents Approved at 2025 ICG Annual Meeting
I led a Documents Review to restructure both the Standing Rules and the Bylaws, as well as some revision to bring both documents in line with best practices for governing documents. The final version of the revised ICG governing documents were unanimously approved at the at the 2025 Annual Meeting.

Maral Agnerian Receives 2025 ICG Lifetime Achievement Award
On April 12, 2025, ICG President Kevin Roche presented the ICG’s highest honor, the ICG Lifetime Achievement Award, to Maral Agnerian. The award was announced during the CC43 virtual Single Pattern Contest and Future Fashion Show streamed at 8PM Central Daylight time.

ICG Press Titles Now Available in Digital Formats
The International Costumers’ Guild Press announces that its titles are now available directly from the ICG Press in digital formats for viewing on ebook readers, computers, and tablets.

CC-43 Future Fashion, Single-Pattern Contests Go Virtual
Although Costume-Con 43 will not take place this year, Chairman Henry Osier announced that the Future Fashion Show and the Single Pattern Contest will still take place in April as virtual events. These events will provide the costume community with a glimpse of what virtual competitions are like and how to run them.

The International Costumers’ Guild Press is the publication arm of the International Costumers’ Guild (ICG). Its mission is to publish long-form content including books and monographs on topics related to costumes and costuming.
