I replied in the thread responding to Mera

kevin.p.roche  10:25 AM's message, but the short answer is this: New costume.org email addresses will be handled by our gSuite for NonProfits mailserver. Because of the typos (underscore instead of hyphen), icg_president was treated as a new address and passed on, and because it is not actually defined, this led to the bounce message Anne got.

Also she typed @ gmail not @ costume. That’s not a real address
