This is going to be long as it has information from MD, MO and NE.Basically unless said items are in the state of MD on
Dec 31st of any given year then we must report it. MO and NE no but we need to
inquire with the counties where Bruce and Pierre live to see if they would
require it.

Jeanine,
The Department is in receipt of your email. Generally, the filing requirement for
property tax would be in the county where the property is located. I would
suggest contacting the county for any filing requirements.
Sincerely,

Jeanine, for Nebraska that would be Lancaster County.
Pierre

St. Louis County. It shouldn't.. Only thing we pay
property taxes on here are houses, boats and cars, as far as I know.

As I read Maryland’s 2019 Form 1, since we do not have any personal property in
Maryland, in completing the entire form we just check NO on question A in
Section III. Is this the form we’ve been filing for 30 years? If it is, does
anyone have copies of our filings? Perhaps they’re in Jeannette’s effects.

I posted copies of all filings as far back as 1993 and they all say none for
property owned. They are in the filings channel on Slack. I scanned copies of
everything Bruce passed along to me when I became treasuer
and that is how I was able to post those records. The
hard copies have been passed on to Pierre to be kept in the archives a number
of years ago.
