If you are interested in exchanging links with the ICG, please contact the webmaster (webguy@costume.org).<\/p>\n<p>For privacy reasons, we cannot divulge photographers\u2019 contact information should they decline to display it within their personal galleries.<\/p>\n<p>Solicitation of the contributors of these galleries is absolutely prohibited without permission from the Gallery Administrator. This includes but is not limited to sending out emails or private messages to contributors.<\/p>\n<p>The Gallery does not keep copies of contributors\u2019 photos in the physical archives.\u00a0 We would welcome donations to the Library to be part of the permanent collection.\u00a0 Please contact the Archivist (icg-archivist@costume.org) for more information.<\/p>\n<p>When registering for a user account, you must enter your real name.\u00a0\u00a0 You can change the ID that appears on your albums once your account is created, but we must have this for our records.\u00a0 Failure to follow this policy risks revocation.<\/p>\n<p>Registered users may leave comments on photos.\u00a0 These should be of a constructive nature or for informational purposes.\u00a0 Any remarks deemed overly negative will invoke a warning from the site admin.<\/p>\n<p>Use common sense and courtesy when posting images and\/or comments.<\/p>\n<p>Members in violation of these policies will receive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A written warning upon the first violation<\/li>\n<li>A stronger warning upon the second violation (with possible suspension of privileges at the admin\u2019s determination)<\/li>\n<li>Revocation of account upon the third violation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please refer any violations of the website policies to the site admin (gallery-admin @ costume.org) for investigation.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please read the <a href=\"https:\/\/costume.org\/wp\/icg-gallery-faq\/\">FAQ<\/a>.
