We
have two large documents submitted by committees for this Friday's meeting
(March 13)
One
is a draft policies and procedures document being reviewed by the board. Your
opinions on whether this should be adopted, revised, etc., should go to your
board representative.

The
second is a report from the ICG Guidelines committee and a proposed new edition of
the ICG Guidelines, along with a motion proposing a standing committee to
continue maintaining them. This will be up for consideration at the
general meeting, so if you have opinions regarding its adoption but will not be
attending, please make them known to your proxy holder.
