I just got back to Elaine's from Estrella War.
Let me get caught up on mail and I will get the information posted. No
computer with me so no wy to access the files. The year end financial reports have been posted to the website
and the information is also there.

For 2019 the Archives budget was $1300. Of
which only $501.27 was spent based on the receipts submitted. Any unspent
budgeted funds do not carry over to the new year. This has been explained
several times in the past.
The Archives budget request for 2020 is $1000
which includes the $200 budgeted for the website. I know that is becoming an
issue due to the problems with getting the gallery back on line. Any change
made in that will have to come before the board after we are out of
recess.
Currently there is $5549 in the Archives
savings account that is a combination of both designated donated funds and
dues.
