This is out of order, as the motion and its amendments were withdrawn by the
body during the 12-8-2019 BoD call in favor of
creating the policy committee who is beginning their work on this issue.

The BOD call is available for everyone to read.

Point of Order: How can a motion in the process
of a vote be withdrawn before the voting ends, and why wasn't the poll updated
to reflect that on the printed record?
The minutes of the meeting are not connected to
the business recording mechanism (Slack and Yahoo until Google Enterprise is
ready to go).Something should have been stated here to close the procedure.

In this festive season, I’d like to wish everyone who celebrates a happy
holiday! With Yule tomorrow, Hanukkah beginning on Sunday, Christmas
on Wednesday, and Kwanzaa beginning Thursday (just to name a few) I hope we can
