On behalf of the ICG, congratulations and welcome to the “Time Travelers
Costumers Guild” in the greater Portland Oregon metro area as the newest
ICG chapter! The officers, and committee chairs will be working with
them to help bring them on board and take advantage of the benefits of
being an ICG chapter. I hope that they’ll introduce us to their chapter
in an upcoming issue of ICG’s “International Costumer” newsletter.
