support the bandwidth for video.

remote attendees will have their microphones muted. You can ask questions via
the chat function which will be monitored by a dedicated helper, so the chair
can be informed of questions coming in.
There is no provision for remote voting in the general membership meeting, so
if you want to vote on any motions, be sure to have sent your proxy with
someone to the meeting and give them instructions!

Technically, that's possible.It's
a question for the parliamentarian whether or not that's appropriate, and the
minutes would still be the official record.
