Outbreak:
I know it's late, but should we be thinking of postponing Costume-Con?

Remember,
Costume-Con does not belong to the ICG. It is just most often ICG
Chapter-associated groups that organize it. It's up to the CC38 convention
organizers to decide.

And
personally, since all my airfare is non-refundable and Air Canada's change-fee
waiver only applies to tickets bought after march 4, I will likely be having a
lovely trip to Montreal whether or not CC happens.

There
would be problems with postponing: there's a contact with the hotel that has to
be paid, and chances are this was the only time they could book it. Choosing a
date can be very complicated keeping in mind holidays, other big conventions,
& when a hotel is available. We should just be
mindful of washing hands, and not attend if you think you've been exposed to
the virus.

Sorry.
I knew Costume-Con wasn't something WE could postpone, but I meant we might
have to plan for what to do -- like having the ICG board meeting become a
conference call -- in the event that the convention doesn't convene...

Since
I can’t make it either way, I really was hoping there be a remote option.

If
necessary I have access to a paid Zoom account via SFSFC.
