Motion:
Whereas there have been requests to have the online ICG board meetings made available to the general membership and computer technology is constantly changing, We move to create a new SR 15.
The non-executive ICG board meetings conducted on line will be available for all ICG members to view on line. The ICG web master will have the sole power to choose the programs that are used to make the Board discussion available to the general membership. A link or directions on how to access the ICG Board meeting will be posted on the ICG web site.
Only ICG Board members (or their designated alternate when acting as the BOD representative) may post directly to the meeting. All other ICG members may address the board through their BOD representative or an email address that will be forwarded to the President (or their delegate) and the Parliamentarian.
