ICG Webmaster Report

2007 Annual Meeting

March 30, 2007

The ICG Website.

Work done since May, 2006:

• The ICG now owns the www.costume.org domain.
• The ICG has an account with 1 and 1 Internet Services to host our website.
• 2 additional domains are available for the Guild’s use.
• 250GB space is available per domain.
• Located and added the ICG Annual Meeting Minutes for 1998, 1999 and 2002
• Created an ICG newsletter article index

Members photo gallery and Archives project:

• Assisting Bruce Mai and the Archives Committee.
• Software to accomplish this (Gallery) has been installed on the website. Configuration continues.

Future Plans:

• Continue work with Archives Committee
• Define duties of webmaster for Standing Rules
• Establish Web Oversight Committee for ICG
• Re-organize documents section
• Possible projects:
• Collect and post articles from Costumers Quarterly
• Costuming Wikipedia

• ICG-D Moderators are Ann Catelli, Judy Mitchell, and Sheril Harper
• ICG-BOD Moderators are Ann Catelli and Jan Price
